Andrew leads delivery at Ecran, ensuring AI and data solutions move seamlessly from concept to production by aligning cross-functional teams across AI, Engineering, and Analytics. He brings experience from EY and Accenture, where he led enterprise-scale cloud transformations, data product builds, and analytics programs, with deep expertise in health insurance data across claims, customer analytics, and reporting. With a product-focused mindset and SAFe Scrum Master certification, Andrew operates at the intersection of execution and client engagement to deliver measurable outcomes. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Data Science from the University of Melbourne.

Omid is Head of Data & AI at Ecran, leading the design and delivery of scalable data platforms and production-grade AI solutions. With a PhD in Computer Science and 10+ years of experience across Deloitte and EY, he brings deep expertise in data strategy, advanced analytics, applied AI, and legacy modernisation across industries including banking, insurance, healthcare, and mining. A hands-on builder, Omid specialises in LLM integration and multi-cloud architectures across AWS, Databricks, and Azure. He focuses on delivering real-world AI systems that move beyond strategy into production.

Jero leads technology and platform architecture at Ecran, driving the design of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems. With 20+ years of global experience across the UK, US, Australia, and India, including roles in Big 4 consulting, he brings deep expertise in cloud architecture, DevOps, and enterprise technology strategy. He has delivered large-scale solutions across industries including healthcare, insurance, energy, telecom, and FMCG, with certifications spanning AWS, Azure, and GCP. Jero focuses on building resilient, cloud-native platforms aligned to real business outcomes. He holds a Masters in IT from the University of New England.
